I have a friend who claims his mother’s childhood neighbor’s cousin knows someone who rents a room from a lady on the street behind her who was able to access the ObamaCare Exchange web site after trying only 32 hours. Does anyone have any other first hand knowledge like this that confirms the ObamaCare Exchange site is actually up and running?
